I live in Highlands Ranch, CO with my wonderful wife Carrie and my two year old son, Gideon.  We love the mountains, we love beautiful places and we love the Creator of them.

I got into photography about seven years  ago and immediately got hooked.  The idea that you seeing something beautiful, magnificent, or memorable; take a photograph that comes out exactly as you saw it; and keep it forever is fascinating to me.  Hopefully you've looked at my portfolio already, and if you have you noticed that there are no people in my photos.  I really enjoy taking photographs of things where the only person who can be disappointed in how it came out is myself.  I have done some photo sessions for friends and family and they have actually been pretty pleased with the outcome.  So my horizons are broadening.

Photography for me is just a hobby at this point although I do try to sell my prints to some extent.  I continue to learn new things with my camera and just compositions in general.  Hopefully each time you come back to my site there will be something new and something better for you to enjoy.  Thanks for stopping by.
